Charger Inn Cranberry Salad

1 package (6 ounces) raspberry-flavored
gelatin
1 1/2 cups boiling water
12 ice cubes
1/2 pound fresh cranberries, ground
1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped celery
Salad greens
Whipped cream

In a large bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water; stir to dissolve. Add ice cubes; stir until melted. Refrigerate 10 minutes, or until slightly set. Add ground cranberries, pineapple, walnuts and celery. Pour into a 13x9x2-inch pan. Refrigerate until firm.
To serve, cut into squares and serve on salad greens. Garnish each serving with a dollop of whipped cream.
