Strawberry Spinach Salad

2 bunches fresh spinach
1 quart fresh strawberries
1/2 tespoon minced onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1.4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Rinse spinach leaves thoroughly; tear into bite-size pieces. Drain on paper towels.
Hull and rinse strawberries. Cut in half or leave whole, depending on size. Drain on paper towels.
In container of electric blender, combine onion, vinegar, oil, honey and Worcestershire sauce; blend until smooth. Stir in sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
In a large salad bowl, combine spinach and strawberries. Toss with dressing. Serve immediately.

The dressing keeps well in the refrigerator and can be poured on the salad just prior to serving.
