Danish Coleslaw

4 generous cups shredded cabbage
1 small tart apple, peeled, cored and diced
4 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
3/4 cup sour cream, lightly whipped
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
pinch paprika
salt, to taste
several grindings of fresh ground pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, apple, green onions, chives, sour cream, blue cheese, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice and dill. Mix well. Season to taste with paprika, salt and pepper. Refrigerate, covered several hours before serving.
