Cauliflower Salad Bowl

4 cups thinly sliced cauliflower
1 cup pitted, coarsely chopped black olives
2/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped pimento
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons red or white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
lettuce leaves
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower, olives, green pepper, pimento and onion. Mix well.
In another mixing bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well. Pour oil mixture over vegetable mixture. Toss to coat vegetables. Refrigerate, covered, 4 hours or overnight.
To serve, spoon vegetable mixture into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
