4 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp fresh oregano
1 tsp salt
pepper
5 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 4 limes)
1 tsp sugar
Smash the garlic with the oregano, salt and plenty of pepper. Mix in the oil, lime juice and sugar. Stir very well.
makes 1/2 cup
