4 garlic cloves
4 rosemary sprigs
1 tsp salt
pepper
5 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup red-wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Smash the garlic with the leaves of the rosemary, salt and plenty of pepper. Mix in the olive oil, vinegar and sugar. Stir well.
makes 1/2 cup
