Creamy Crab Dip
Category: Dips - served warm
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 C. sweet red pepper, chopped
2 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper, or to taste
2 6-oz. cans crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
2 Tbs. capers, drained
Dash hot pepper sauce

Directions
In a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine cream cheese, green onions, red pepper, parley, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in crab. Cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hours. Stir in capers and hot sauce; cook 30 minutes longer or until heated through. Serve with crackers.
