French Dressing

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp grated onion
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil

In the container of a blender, combine sugar, vinegar, water, paprika, grated onion, mustard, and salt; process until well blended. With blender running, slowly add oil, processing until combined. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

makes 3 cups
