Marinade for Grilled Salmon

3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Add salmon filets, turning to coat, and marinate for 20 minutes in refrigerator.
