Sour Cream Cornbread - yearwood recipe

1 1/4 cups self-rising buttermilk cornmeal
mix
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs

Preheat oven to 450. Spray a 10-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into skillet and bake until lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
