Spicy Shrimp

2 1/2 lbs fresh large shrimp, peeled and
deveined (tails left on)
1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup minced green onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 chicken broth
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, flour, red pepper, and salt; set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add green onions and garlic; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add shrimp mixture; cook for 1 minute, or until shrimp are just pink. Add broth and lime juice; cook for 2 minutes, or until mixture is thickened. Stir in cilantro.
