All-Purpose BBQ Rub

This recipe can be doubled or tripled. Store the extra in an airtight container for up to 1 month.

Makes about 1/3 cup
4 teaspoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons table salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Combine ingredients in bowl, breaking up any lumps of sugar.
