Italian Salad Dressing

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3-4 Tbsp finely chopped fresh basil, or to
taste

Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl. Pour over salad or over pasta salad mixture. Season to taste.

makes 1 large bowl serving
