Chicken Tetrazzini

1/4 Cup butter
1/4 Cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 Cup milk
2 Cup half n half
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/3 Cup cooking sherry
6-oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
8-oz spaghetti, cooked
1 (4-oz) can mushrooms, undrained
2 Cup cooked and cubed chicken
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt, garlic salt and pepper. Add milk, half n half and bouillon cubes. Stir constantly until thick and smooth. Add sherry, mozzarella cheese, spaghetti, undrained mushrooms and chicken. Pour into a 9x13-inch shallow casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
