  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 4 thick cut pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Place sauerkraut in bottom of casserole dish; top with pork chops; season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F, covered, for 1 hour.

Remove cover and bake for 20 minutes more or until pork chops are brown.
