Avocados With Crabmeat

- 2 cans (6.5 ounce size) crab meat
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons bottled capers, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or cooked salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 3 large ripe avocados
- salad greens
Drain crab meat. Separate and remove any membrane. Add other ingredients, except 3 teaspoons lemon juice, the avocados, and salad greens; toss well. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled, about 1 hour. Just before serving, cut avocados in half lengthwise. Remove pits. Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice. Top each half with some crab meat mixture, mounding high. Serve on salad greens.
