Taragon Sauce - great with Salmon

1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp snipped fresh tarragon leaves or
1/2 tsp dried tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup ready to serve chicken broth
1 cup milk
2 Tbsps dry white wine
In 2 quart saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in flour, tarragon, curry and pepper. Blend in broth and milk. Cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes for until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring constantly. Stir in wine. Serve over Salmon and garnish with addition fresh tarragon sprigs if desired.
