Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup white distilled vinegar
5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
4 Tbsp honey
3 tsp chicken seasoning
2 cloves garlic
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces

In bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, 3 Tbsp mustard, 2 Tbsp honey, 2 tsp seasoning and garlic. Pierce chicken with fork; place in large plastic food storage bag. Add oil mixture, turn to coat chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare grill for direct and indirect heat cooking. Combine the remaining 2 Tbsp mustard, 2 Tbsp honey and 1 tsp seasoning; reserve. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade and bag.
Place chicken, skin side down, over direct heat; grill, turning once, until browned, 2-3 minutes per side. Move to indirect heat, placing skin side up. Cover grill, cook until chicken is no longer pink near bone, 45 minutes, brushing with reserved mustard mixture during last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
