Mustard Sauce

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 Tbsp pineapple juice
1/8 tsp ground red pepper

Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill up to 8 hours, if desired.

makes 2/3 cup
