4 Layer Dessert

1/2 cup oleo
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
8-oz cream cheese
9-oz whipped topping
2 pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)
3 cups milk

Mix butter, flour and the nuts. Press into bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake 15-20 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and let cool.
Combine sugar and cream cheese with 1 cup of whipped topping and spread over the crust. Mix pudding with the milk and let set in fridge until sets. Spread pudding on the cheese layer. Spread remaining whipped topping on the pudding layer. May add nuts to the top.
