Cream Cheese Fiesta Spread

1 ackage (8 oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped avocado
1 Tablespoon chopped ripe olives
assorted crackers if desired

Place block of cream cheese (or spread on)on a serving plate. Mix salsa and preserves; spread over cream cheese. Sprinkle with remaining except crackers. Serve with crackers.
