Norb Andys Seafood Pasta

2 Tbsp olive oil
1 pint pasta of choice
1 quart heavy whipping cream or half or half
1/2 lb. garlic butter ( 2 Tbsp minced garlic
and 1/2 lb butter)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 lb shrimp-1/4 lb crab -1/4 lb scallops
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced green onions
salt

Cook pasta in boiling water with olive oil (al dente 6-8 minutes - still firm) Strain. In large saute pan or brazing skillet, saute all vegetables lightly in garlic butter, add the seafood. Cook 1-2 minutes. Add whipping cream (or half and half) and let reduce 4-5 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta and season with salt to taste. Gently add Parmesan. If sauce is too thick, add more cream or less parmesan depending on personal taste. Toss and service with hot garlic bread.
