Pig Lickin Cake

1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix first 4 ingredients well. Add mandarin oranges and juice. May be thin. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minues in 3 round cake pans. Cool.
TOPPING:
1 8 ounce carton Cool Whip
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding (use dry)
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix the 3 ingredients together. Spread topping between layers and on the top.

Makes one 3-layer cake - serves 8
