Marinade - perks up flank steak

3 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 beef flank steak (1 1/2 lbs)

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients; add the steak. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
