Thai Stir Fry Sauce

1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 to 2 Tbsp Thai chili sauce
1 Tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
1 tsp minced garlic

In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and broth until smooth; stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, ginger and garlic. Set aside until ready for the stir fry.

when prepared with meat and veggies - this sauce yields 4 servings.
