Dijon-Parmesan Dressing

1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, combine oil, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and papper. Whisk until well mixed. Use over mixed salad greens or mixed vegetable salads.
