Poppy Seed Dressing

3 Tbsp olive oil
4 tsp honey
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp salt
dash onion powder
1/2 tsp poppy seeds

In a blender combine the first six ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds.
