Caribbean-Flavored Chicken Breasts

1 Tbsp curry powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp brown sugar
3/4 Tbsp allspice
3/4 Tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
big pinch of nutmeg
3/4 cup light rum, chicken stock or white
wine
juice of 3 limes
6 6-8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mix together the spices, liquids and lime juice. Add chicken and coat well. Let marinate several hours in refrigerator. Start the grill and obtain a medium-high heat. Grill each side 5-8 minutes depending on how hot you have your fire. Remove chicken from grill. Let stand briefly before serving.
