Texas Cake

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 cup water
4 Tbsp cocoa

1 stick butter
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 Tbsp milk
16 oz powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Bring to a boil the water, cocoa and oleo. While it cools, mix together sugar, flour, eggs, sour cream, salt and baking soda; then add mixtures together. Batter will be runny. Pour into greased/floured 16x11 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes -at- 350.
Make frosting while cake is in oven. Boil oleo, cocoa and milk. Add sugar and mix well. Add vanilla. If mixture is too thick add more milk. Smooth over cake as soon as cake comes from oven.
