Watergate Cake

1 white cake mix
1 instant pistachio pudding mix (low fat)
1 cup 7-up (diet)
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup nuts

Mix all ingredients and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Use a 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool

Icing:

i instant pistachio pudding mix (low fat)
1 1/4 cup milk (skim)
stir then add -
1 9 oz cool whip. (low fat)
combine well then spread on cooled cake.

makes 1 9x13 cake
