Balsamic Vinegar Dressing (White Gull Inn)

1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
1 tsp ground pepper

Combine all ingredients in a screw-type jar. Cover and shake till blended. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

makes about 1 cup
