1 box butter cake mix
1/2 cup crisco oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 to 3/4 cup poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients, except poppy seeds, well. Add poppy seeds last, by hand. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan for 20 minutes. When cool, ice with the following.
1/2 stick butter
3 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar
mix well. Add as much powdered sugar as needed. Dribble over cake
