Sweet and Pungent Chicken Wings

2 to 3 dozen chicken wings
2/3 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced or mashed
2/3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
2 tsp dry mustard

Blend ingredients; brush or spoon onto both sides of wings. Marinate in refrigerator overnight or early in day. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Serves 4 to 6
