1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbsp dark rum
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp lemon juice
dash of salt
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until butter is just melted. Serve warm.
makes 1 1/2-cups
