Chili Sauce

12 qt ripe tomatoes (skinned)
12 large green peppers, diced fine
12 large onions, diced fine
9 Tbsp salt
6 cups sugar
6 cups vinegar
6 tsp cinnamon
6 tsp cloves
6 tsp allspice
2 Tbsp celery salt
3 Tbsp mustard seed

Drain as much juice as possible from tomatoes. Add peppers, onions and spices; cook down. Then add vinegar, sugar and cook til thick.
