K Clines Pumpkin Roll

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup pecans
Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
6 oz cream cheese
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice until creamy. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine the 2 mixtures and pour into a 15x10x1-inch greased and floured cookie sheet with sides. Top with the nuts and bake -at- 350 for 10 minutes. Turn out on dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll up into dish towel. Let cool in refrigerator. While cooling, mix together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Unroll the roll and spread the filling. Roll back up and chill before serving.
