Yummy Bars

1 German chocolate cake mix
3/4 cup melted butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk, divided
6 oz chocolate chips
1 cup pecans
50 caramels

Mix cake mix with 3/4 cup butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Spread 1/2 cake mixture into 9x13 greased pan. Bake for 6 minutes -at- 350F.
Sprinkle 6 oz chocolate chips and 1 cup nuts over baked cake.
Drizzle melted caramels and 1/3 milk mixture over chips and nuts.
Drop remaining cake mixture on top and bake 20 minutes at 350F.

Cut when partially cool.
