barbeque sausage cassarole

Serves 6

2 cups cooked white rice
1 lb polish sausage or keilbasa sliced in peices
1 green bell pepper diced small
1 small onion finely chopped
1 can ranch beans
2 tbs butter or margarine
1 cup sharp cheddar
1 bottle barbeque sauce original flavor


1. preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a 13 x 9 baking dish mix butter, sausage and half bottle of barbeque sauce, bake for 10 mins. 3. To sausage mixture add remaining ingredents and mix well. Top with additonal barbeque sauce and civer with cheese. 4. return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and slightly brown.

Serve with bread and a nice salad!
Can be made up to a day in advance, refrigerate until ready to bake
