Petal Pancakes

Ingredients:
Pancake batter
Clean, squeezable bottle
Pan or griddle
Spatula
Plate
Whipped Cream
Favorite flavor of jelly or jam
Directions:
1 fill pancake batter into bottle.
2 Heat pan on medium-high until water drops sizzle and evaporate. Using the bottle, outline 5 egg sized petals on pan, then squeeze in batter to fill. (You may have room for only 2 or 3 at a time.) Once petals brown, flip them over and brown the other side.
3 Arrange petals on a plate. Drop a dollop of whipped cream in the center, then tip with jelly or jam.
