Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

6 boied eggs
Knife
Medium Bowl
Plate
Fork
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
Dash of paprika

Directions:

Peel 6 boiled eggs. Slice in half lenghtwise with a knife.Bend each egg white slightly so that yolk pops into a medium bowl. Place 2 whites on a plate. Mash yolk with a fork until crumbly.Add mustard, mayonaise, and sweet relish.Fill egg whites with yolk mixtures.Sprinkle with paprika.
Serves 3
* chop eggs and serve with celery and onions on a lettuce leaf for an egg salad.
** Spread egg slices on bread without crust for egg sandwiches.
