Baked Brie with Raspberry

1 tube of refridgerated cresent dinner rolls
1 round or wedge of brie
Raspberry jam
Brown sugar
1/4 C maple syrup
1 green apple, cored and sliced
any favorite table cracker


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
On a non-stick cookie sheet, roll out the cresent flat and set the brie on top. Spread enough jam on top of the brie to cover and fold the dough over the top. Pinch the edges of the dough to seal in brie and cut off the excess. Drizzle maple syrup over the dough and place a handful of brown sugar over the top. Bake for 10 min.

Serve with crackers and green apple slices.
