Fried Corn And Onions

3 Tablespoons butter
1 large mild white
onion, sliced
salt
1 (12 ounce) can Mexican-style whole kernel corn, drained

Melt butter in a skillet, add onion and sprinkle with salt.
Cover and cook over low heat 4 to 5 minutes, shaking
skillet occasionally. Add corn, mix and heat uncovered 3
to 4 minutes longer or until bubbling. Season with salt
to taste. Makes about 4 servings.
