Strawberry Dream Cake from Mom

1 lb.4 oz. pkg. white cake mix
3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello
2 T. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
10 oz. pkg. frozen, sliced strawberries, thawed
3/4 c. cooking oil
Mix cake mix, jello, flour, eggs and water. Beat 2 minutes.
Add strawberries, including syrup and beat 1 minute.
Add oil and beat 1 minute.
Pour into 2 greased 9" square pans or 9 x 13" pan. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Frosting:
1/2 c. butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
1/2 box (10 oz.) frozen, sliced strawberries
1/2 t. vanilla
