1 head cauliflower cut into flowerets
3 T. cream cheese
1/2 t. dill weed
3 T. parmesan cheese
Cook cauliflower in boiling water for 10 minutes, drain and put in food processor. Add cream cheese and dill weed and process until smooth. Serve with parmesan cheese.
