Bucky's Recipe

Indian Style Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. termeric
1/4 t. cumin
1/8 t. coriander
1/8 t. ground red pepper
1 T. oil
4 scallions, sliced
1 red or green pepper, cut into 1" pieces
1/4 c. chicken broth

Stir fry cauliflower flowerets in oil in skillet for 3 minutes. Addd green oinon and sweet pepper and stir fry for 1 -2 minutes. Mix spices together and add to skillet and cook for 30 seconds. Add broth and cook 1 minute.
Serves 4
