Fajita Beef Dinner

2.5 lb round steak, cut in chunks
1 onion, sliced
1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 1.12 oz. envelope fajita seasoning mix
1 red bell pepper, cut in chunks
1 green bell pepper, cut in chuncks
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. flour

Mix beef and onion in slow cooker. Mix fajita mix and tomatoes and pour over beef. Top with bell peppers. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 9 hours. Mix flour and water together and gradually stir into beef mix. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes. Serve with rice, guacamole, salsa and refried beans.
