16 oz. cream cheese
l pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. salsa
1 t. chili powder
16 oz. refried beans
1 c shredded lettuce
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
Combine first 5 ingredients. Spread on round serving tray. Layer next 5 ingredients on top. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
