12 oz. pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 t. oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
12 oz. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 15 oz. cans pinto beans, rinsed
1 t. thyme, dried
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. chicken broth
salt and pepper
Hot sauce

Saute pork, onion, garlic and kielbasa in oil in large skillet. Add beans, thyme, tomato sauce, broth, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Remove cover and cook for 5 more minutes to slightly thicken. Serve in shallow soup plates.
Serves 8
