2 c. cold beer
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 t. white pepper
2 t. salt
2 t. baking powder

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and let stand for 15 minutes. Dip fish and fry in hot oil.
