Crab Cakes with Wasabi Mayonnaise

1 lb. crabmeat
1.25 c. fresh breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 T. fresh chives, chopped
2 T. mayonnaise
1 T. Dijon mustard
2 t. Old Bay seasoning
1 t. lemon zest
3 T. Canola oil
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment. Combine crabmeat and crumbs. In another bowl, whisk egg, mayonnaise, mustard, seasoning and lemon zest. Add to crab mix. shape crab mounds (1 1/2 T. or 1 1/2 inches wide. Heat oil in large skillet. Cook cakes for one minute until browned. Transfer to paper towel to blot, then to baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Top with Wasabi Mayonnaise.
Wasabi Mayonnaise:
1/2 t. grated lemon zest, 1 T.chives, 1/2 c. wasabi mayonnaise.
